二、功能介紹
識別(bie)儀主(zhu)機各(ge)部分功能如下:
1. 電源開關:控(kong)制整機(ji)電源通(tong)斷。
2. 電源輸(shu)入(ru)插座(zuo)(zuo):用儀(yi)器所配電源線(xian),輸(shu)入(ru)50HZ、220V交(jiao)流電源。儀(yi)器使用時,應獨立(li)使用三(san)孔電源插座(zuo)(zuo),插座(zuo)(zuo)接地線(xian)就近(jin)直接接地。
3. 保(bao)險座:儀器使(shi)用10A保(bao)險芯,損(sun)壞時(shi)應換同(tong)規格保(bao)險芯。
4. 黑(hei)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)柱:測試(shi)時,用配(pei)套黑(hei)色(se)測試(shi)線(xian)(xian)(Ф4插(cha)頭)插(cha)入(ru)此插(cha)孔(kong),另一(yi)端測試(shi)夾接(jie)系統地。
5. 紅接(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)柱:測試(shi)時,用配套紅色測試(shi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(Ф4插(cha)頭)插(cha)入此(ci)插(cha)孔,另一端測試(shi)夾接(jie)被測電纜芯線(xian)(xian)(xian)。
6. 表頭:指(zhi)示輸(shu)出電(dian)流大小(xiao)。7.輸(shu)出調(diao)節;調(diao)節輸(shu)出電(dian)流大小(xiao)。
7、輸出調節旋鈕:用于(yu)輸出幅度(du)(du)大小(xiao)的調節。以不滿刻(ke)度(du)(du)打表(biao)為原則。
接收(shou)機各部(bu)分功能如下:
1. 靈(ling)敏度調節:順(shun)時(shi)針(zhen)旋轉(zhuan),接(jie)收(shou)機電表指示值增大,逆(ni)時(shi)針(zhen)旋轉(zhuan),指示值變小。
2. 表頭:指示輸入信號幅(fu)度大小與(yu)極性。
三、工作方法
帶電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)設備儀信號發(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)由(you)交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)供電(dian)(dian)(dian),它對已斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的、要(yao)識(shi)別的電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)加(jia)上(shang)(shang)固定周期(qi)單極性的直流(liu)脈(mo)沖。工作時,將發(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)輸出線(xian)連(lian)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)芯(xin)線(xian)和接地(di)(di)(di)點(dian)或地(di)(di)(di)釘上(shang)(shang),該電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)線(xian)鎧裝(zhuang)與大地(di)(di)(di)斷(duan)開,芯(xin)線(xian)在遠端與接地(di)(di)(di)點(dian)或地(di)(di)(di)釘相(xiang)連(lian),該回(hui)路(lu)可傳(chuan)導(dao)脈(mo)沖電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),它可由(you)識(shi)別儀上(shang)(shang)的表頭讀(du)出,電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)大小(xiao)由(you)環路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻決定,環路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻應盡可能小(xiao)。
為(wei)保證環路(lu)(lu)電(dian)阻(zu)的(de)阻(zu)抗(kang)盡可(ke)能低,地(di)釘(ding)與(yu)地(di)之間要保證接(jie)觸良(liang)好(將地(di)釘(ding)附近的(de)地(di)方弄濕)。發(fa)射機與(yu)電(dian)纜連接(jie)正確(que)但無輸出(chu),說明環路(lu)(lu)電(dian)阻(zu)太大(da)或未構成測試回路(lu)(lu),應(ying)檢查終端接(jie)地(di)。【將發(fa)射機兩輸出(chu)夾短(duan)接(jie),表頭有(you)輸出(chu),證明儀器(qi)完好】警告:為(wei)確(que)保人(ren)身安(an)全(quan),對已(yi)確(que)定的(de)電(dian)纜,在維修開(kai)鋸前,一定要進行扎(zha)釘(ding)試驗,可(ke)選DS1102型電(dian)纜安(an)全(quan)刺扎(zha)器(qi)。

注:1.測試(shi)時電流鉗上的(de)紅色(se)箭頭標記指向電纜遠端!
2.發射機(ji)輸(shu)出(chu)電流(liu)調節大也(ye)超不過5A時,應檢查接地(di)(di)電阻,也(ye)可另打地(di)(di)釬。【對端芯線接地(di)(di)后(hou),在首端測量芯地(di)(di)間電阻越小,輸(shu)出(chu)電流(liu)越大】
3.發射機正常工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)流應調(diao)到(dao)大于10A小于30A[5A可(ke)工作(zuo)],電(dian)(dian)流大時接收(shou)(shou)機指示明顯(xian)。發射機輸出正常但接收(shou)(shou)機無指示,大多是卡鉗(qian)口未閉合,請張開鉗(qian)口,快(kuai)速讓(rang)其卡、卡閉合幾(ji)次就可(ke)解決問題。
